Reino 44 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at reino44.com and the reservation and waitlist service used at our restaurant at 10189 Citrus Ave, Fontana, CA 92335. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

When you make a reservation or join our waitlist, we collect only the information you provide:

• Name
• Mobile phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Reservation details: date, time, party size, occasion, and any special requests you choose to share

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

How We Use Your Information

• To confirm, manage, and remind you about your reservation or waitlist position
• To send SMS notifications (only if you have opted in) about reservation status, table-ready notifications, and reminders
• To improve our service and analyze aggregate operational metrics

Virtual Waitlist Display

When you join the waitlist, your first name, party size, and waitlist position may be shown on a waitlist board displayed in the restaurant and on a companion web page, so you can track your place in line. We never display your phone number, email address, or last name.

SMS Messaging Program

Opt-in is voluntary. When you book a reservation or join the waitlist, you may choose to receive SMS notifications by checking the SMS consent box on the reservation form. The box is unchecked by default. You can complete a reservation without opting in to SMS.

Message types: reservation confirmations, waitlist position updates, table-ready notifications, and reservation reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.

Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity, typically 1–3 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for support information.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your mobile phone number with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely to operate the reservation and waitlist program.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the reservation system, including:

• Twilio Inc. — SMS delivery and inbound message handling
• Railway — application hosting and PostgreSQL database
• Vercel — website hosting

These providers are contractually limited to processing your information solely to deliver services to Reino 44.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain reservation data for up to 12 months for operational and analytics purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
