Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the reservation, waitlist, and SMS notification services provided by Reino 44 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at 10189 Citrus Ave, Fontana, CA 92335. By using these services you agree to these terms.

Reservation Policy

• Tables are held for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time. After that, the table may be released to walk-in guests.
• You may cancel by replying CANCEL to your confirmation SMS or by calling the restaurant directly.
• For parties of 13 or more, a member of our team will contact you by phone to confirm details before your reservation is finalized.

Waitlist Policy

• Estimated wait times are approximations based on table availability and party sizes and may change in real time.
• When notified that your table is ready, please check in at the host stand within 10 minutes or your spot may be released.
• You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by replying CANCEL.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: Reino 44 Reservation & Waitlist Notifications.

Description: transactional SMS for reservation confirmations, reservation reminders, waitlist position updates, and table-ready notifications. This is not a marketing program.

How to opt in: visit the reservation or waitlist form on reino44.com, enter your phone number, and check the SMS consent box before submitting. The box is unchecked by default. You can complete a reservation without opting in.

Message frequency varies based on your activity — typically 1–3 messages per visit.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Accepted opt-out keywords include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

For help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the address below. Accepted help keywords include HELP, INFO, and SUPPORT.

Supported carriers: all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

Reino 44 is not responsible for delays in SMS delivery, network issues, or situations in which notifications are not received. We recommend arriving at your reserved time regardless of SMS confirmation status.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
